Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thebronxparking.com, operated by 161 Bronx Parking LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and parking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: Payment is due on the 1st of every month.
Late Fee: A $25 late fee will apply if the payment is received after the 5th.
Deposit: A one-month deposit is required with the first payment. This deposit will be refunded upon cancellation of the monthly parking, provided there are no outstanding debts.

2. Parking Pick-up Times

Notification: Customers must inform attendants of their expected pickup time during vehicle drop-off to ensure proper parking arrangements.

3. Parking Space Allocation

Reserved Spaces: For an additional fee of $60/month, you may reserve a specific parking space (limited space available).
General Parking: For all other customers, specific parking spaces are not guaranteed. Your vehicle will be parked according to your pick-up time.

4. Monthly Parking ID

Permit Tag and Key Fob: All monthly customers will be given a parking permit tag and key fob. It is your responsibility to have the tag visible and the key fob attached to your key when entering the garage.

5. Vehicle Registration

Requirement: All customers are required to register their vehicles with the parking garage, including make, model, license plate number, and contact information.

6. Use Restrictions

No Subletting: You are not allowed to sublet your monthly parking.
Registered Vehicles Only: Your monthly parking applies to the registered vehicle only. If a monthly customer brings in another vehicle, it will be charged hourly rates.

7. Liability

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for articles left in your vehicle. Please take all valuable belongings before leaving the vehicle in the garage.

8. Damages

Inspection: The garage and its attendants are responsible for inspecting vehicles upon drop-off.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for inspecting their vehicles before exiting and reporting any damage to attendants. Once a customer exits, we are not liable for any unreported damages.

9. Termination and Cancellation

Month-to-Month Basis: Monthly parking is offered on a month-to-month basis.
Notice Period: Both parties may cancel at any time with a 1-month notice.

10. Fee Adjustments

Annual Increase: Fees will increase annually. You will be given 2 months’ notice prior to an increase.

11. Code of Conduct

Behavior: No loitering, littering, vandalism, or disruptive behavior allowed on the premises.

12. Security Measures

Cameras: The garage is equipped with HD cameras throughout the premises.
Vehicle Security: Vehicles will be locked, and keys will be placed in locked key boxes throughout the garage.
